What a roller coaster the last couple of months have been. The biggest thing was that Brian had a slipped disc that caused him HORRIBLE pain for almost 3 weeks, until he was able to get back surgery. PT and several weeks later he is good as new and off to Brazil this week for work. We had a tropical storm and a tree landed on lines that fed 6 houses and we were out of power for a week, so moved in for Brian to recover and kids to be close to school for the week after his surgery. We took a two night trip to Galveston with the kids and a few of their friends, lots of beach time, poker, eating, crab hunting, a good little break. Gwyn's softball team has played 4 tournaments in the last 6 weeks, won 2 of them and then struggling! Annie still has soccer every weekened and she is enjoying making some awesome macroons, all kids have been enjoying Friday Night Lights watching Stratford Football! Gwyn's MMS volleyball season has come to an end. Jacob has worked several of Jason's shows, and has been busy with school and fantasy football!
