OSU Beats Texas and Soccer Season is HERE!

We had a great trip to Austin to watch OSU beat Texas (in the final seconds).  It was a HOT day, and thankfully this week we've gotten a little break in the weather, as in it is is now in the lower 90s instead of upper 90s, which it should be since it is October tomorrow!  We got to watch the players come in from their bus, see Pistol Pete, and Jacob even got his hat signed by Pete:)  A good day to be a Cowboy!

Annie:  God made us all different, me He made to LOVE salmon (after she out ate everyone at the dinner table, really ate more salmon than Brian or I put together).

Jacob's teachers were intense, 4th grade is a huge step up, homework expected 1 - 1 1/2 hours each night with 2 hours additional reading a week and an hour of math facts.  Here is his summer selfie about Mountain Biking with Brian this summer:
Looking forward to a busy Fall, tomorrow Gwyn has dance, Annie has soccer practice and a birthday party to go to.  Saturday, Gwyn and Annie both have soccer games, and Sunday Gwyn has a birthday party and Jacob has a double header baseball game...Lord help us!

Labor Day visit with Nana and Papa

We've completed two weeks of school, started Fall activities and had a great Labor Day weekend visit with Nana and Papa.  Papa caught a lizard, and Jacob decided to wear it like an earring, at least for a second, which was just enough time for Jason to capture this epic picture, ha!

My Dad, forever tormenting my Mom:)
Brian and his new bff, his potato gun.

Bike rides, Annie is a pro!
