8th Grade Dance, Last Day of School, Return to Baseball, Annie's Confirmation and Baptism, Easter

To say April / May have been busy is an understatement...Annie's confirmation and baptism, end of soccer, Jacob's return to baseball, Easter, Gwyn's 8th grade dance, and last but not least, the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL for 6th, 8th, and 10th...onto High School for Gwyn, 7th grade for Annie, and BOO HOOO Junior year for Jacob!  We have a jam packed summer, which started today with everyone in pjs til almost noon (with the exception of Brian because someone has to work!).  Jacob also finished the year off strong with his umpire gig and we think has earned a Chief position next year because he is literally awesome at it, loves it, does a great job, and I get texts all the times from parents telling me how good he was, engaged in the games, encouraging to the kids, respectful but firm on his calls.  He's growing up too fast, and has big plans to get big this summer, lifting weights and getting stronger.  He will be volunteering for a community center camp, going to church work camp, running a camp of his own, and going to Young Life camp in North Carolina.  Gwyn has a summer of fun planned with church work camp, volunteering for a community center camp, lots of swimming, video making, starbucks runs, etc.  Annie has lots of pinterest and youtube plans as well as Texas A&M soccer camp planned.  We plan to also go to Colorado for a softball camp as well as make that our summer vacation.  Gwyn starting her first day of summer off with a 3 day dog sitting job.  Jacob in his element:
