Summertime, summertime, sum, sum, summertime, SUMMERTIME! June came and went with in a flash...started summer off with a soccer tournament for Annie, then a trip to New York City for me and Annie (was supposed to happen in 2020, but it did not disappoint, we had a BLAST!), then came home to a visit from Rick and Sue, and a baseball tournament for Jacob. Then Emily, Grace and Sadie came down for a quick visit, and Brian and I celebrated 22 years of marriage! Gwyn of course playing in a couple of softball tournaments, we got to see the new Top Gun Maverick movie as a family, which was awesome! Both Jacob and Gwyn did Work Camp with our church in two different sessions, I was able to volunteer two days with Jacob's high school group and one day with Gwyn's group. Jacob then volunteered at a community sports camp in the morning and then he had his 2nd annual DJ's Sports Camp, which is loved by all the boys and their moms, it was a huge hit and he made some serious $$. Oh, and Brian and Annie won the strongest structure at his office for a bring your daughter to work day for future women engineers, Annie does not want to be an engineer, but did enjoy winning the gift card and hanging with her Dad. Needless to say, we have been busy, but enjoying our summer!!
