We had a quick, but fun visit to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving, and guess who was back when we got home...Kong Kong!! He brought the kids little gifts because he missed them so much, so the kids wrote him notes asking a few questions...Jacob thinks the handwriting looks a lot like Daddy's:
He brought magic beans later this week, the kids planted them in sugar and look at these cool candy canes that grew:
We are set for Christmas around here...the kids are getting excited and counting down the days...Annie does have a tree under all of those ornaments somewhere:
Jacob is a little more selective, and gives Annie any of the older ornaments that are too babyish for him, ha!

A visit with Nick and Erika, love their awesome house and land, and can't believe we now have 6 kids between us!
A long overdue coffee amongst friends some of who go back to Kindergarden! Such fun, can't wait to do it again!
We came home to two of our huge trees had dumped all their leaves while we were gone...find Jacob:

A very worn out Annie who wanted to go grocery shopping with me because she thought she would get a cookie from the bakery...only to find that she had passed out before we got there...slept the entire way and smashed up our bread, sweet girl!
Lesson learned: Don't be the cool guy and eat 15 extreme sour warheads to impress your friends because a thin layer of your tongue will peel off:
Gwyn and her little friend Avery got to be ball girls for the high school basketball team this week...so much fun!
They loved it, such a fun night!
